About the Role

We are hiring a Backend Infrastructure Developer to build scalable APIs, infrastructure services, authentication systems, workflow engines, and operational backend architecture.

You will contribute to systems involving workflow automation, operational coordination, system integrations, data management, and backend scalability. This role requires strong backend fundamentals and the ability to design reliable and maintainable systems.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable backend services and APIs

• Design database structures and workflow systems

• Implement authentication, authorization, and access control systems

• Optimize backend reliability, scalability, and performance

• Develop integration workflows and operational services

• Collaborate with frontend and infrastructure teams

• Maintain logging, monitoring, and backend debugging workflows

• Participate in backend architecture and technical planning

Requirements

• Strong backend engineering experience

• Experience building scalable API-driven systems

• Understanding of database optimization and system architecture

• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and deployment workflows

• Strong debugging and backend problem-solving capability

• Experience with authentication and infrastructure systems preferred
